This Encyclopedia contains over 400 military engagements dating from before 700BC to ongoing wars in the present day. These engagements include all significant Wars, Battles, Conquests, Rebellions and Uprisings in this period.

Each conflict contains a host of information depending on the subject including the background of the war, causes, battles, locations, consequences, outcomes and aftermath.

World Wars 1 and 2 are covered in much greater detail due to the wide range of belligerents, circumstances, conflicts etc. that occurred.

You can either browse alphabetically, by date or by searching. Also if you just fancy picking one at random you can do that too.
